How to take
High Altitude Relief™: As a dietary supplement, take two (2) capsules twice a day starting 24 hours before travel to high altitude or upon arrival. Do not exceed 4 capsules in a 24 hour period. Take consistently for the duration of your stay at high altitude, or as directed by healthcare professional.
High Altitude Sleep™: As a dietary supplement, take two (1) capsule once a day starting 24 hours before travel to high altitude or upon arrival. Do not exceed 2 capsules in a 24 hour period. Take consistently for the duration of your stay at high altitude, or as directed by healthcare professional.
