Definitely a must have first time tying both of these at the same time high altitude relief has always worked for me. Their sleep product is an added bonus for those nights when I had trouble falling asleep

Was recommended by a friend to try this product given my previous experiences with altitude sickness and sleep problems when traveling. Having to travel a lot for work I really find the sleep capsules are a great when for when I'm having troubles getting to sleep no matter where I travel to. Overall I would suggest either of these products, they have worked great.

I've been using high altitude relief for a few years now when traveling and decided to order the bundle. I did have a little trouble getting to sleep the first few nights but I did sleep throughout the night without waking up which was great.
